A Different Approach, Using a New Method of Manufacturing

Electrospinning is a manufacturing process that creates ultra-fine fibres from a polymer solution using a high-voltage electric field. The process involves applying an electric charge to a liquid solution or melt, which causes it to stretch into a thin, continuous filament. As the solution is ejected from a nozzle, the electric field pulls and elongates it, resulting in fibres that are often smaller than a micrometre in diameter.
